Self-taught and creative, Marisa Roldán paints to express deep feelings. The tree is its hallmark. Through the trees it shows the emotions that make each human being a particular, different being.
His research in the field of the psychology of emotions has led him to focus his work as a tool that allows those who look at it to delve into their interior, carry out a personal reflection to become aware, through images, of their emotions. , the way you live them, enjoy them or suffer them.
The work Trees... A World of Emotions is a universe of images and words that aims to mobilize the viewer's feelings in search of emotional self-knowledge. Through his paintings we obtain answers, we free ourselves from mental ties and we glimpse the possibility of achieving balance and well-being.
Fabiola Ojeda
In 2010 I began studying the Degree in Psychology at the UNED. For personal reasons I am forced to leave my degree and decide to continue studying on my own. From then until today my world has revolved around self-knowledge and knowledge of the behavior of others. Working in healthcare environments and being very close to pain, sadness, anger and also joy, improvement, hope... has allowed me to observe many of those emotional states and feelings that I am talking about. Human beings are surprising and exciting, but as Jung said, behind each of us is his shadow. Knowing ourselves and others so that our lives and those of others are easier, healthier and more enriching is one of my maxims.
